The SE-37 ultrasonic sensor is designed for sensing clear and opaque materials. A one-inch proportional band-width allows for a larger sensing area to accommodate guide point shift, and fixed sensor center guiding. It is unaffected by optical variations or ambient light, eliminating the need for multiple sensors, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. Using ultrasonic sound to detect the web edge, this sensor will not affect photosensitive paper or film.
